So I’m doing a reread right now, and just finished a reread of the first 3 ACOTAR.
I noticed something in Heir of Fire (I just started EoS)
Maeve’s described as having “violet, starry eyes”
Who else do we know with that eye description?!
What's on your mind?

Need help here- still hung up on this after reading all the books.
From my conclusion: Mora, Mala, Mab (Deanna) and Mauve (fake) are all sisters.
Mab: deeana (lady of the hunt) and connected to Aelin moms side (the mom also gave her water magic too) rival and sister to Mala
Mala: light and learning and fire.. Aelin has this bc she technically her great great.. aunt?
Mora: Rowan's bloodline..
Mauve: obvi not really a sis.
But I thought there was only three.
Someone explain to me how Mala fits into this..
LOOKK when you google “house of flame and shadow” it rains crescent city confetti on ur screen
I hope this post is allowed. I was curious what your favorite Sarah J. Maas books are since (SPOILER HERE), they are all connected with each other.
Mine are:
1. House of Flame and Shadow
2. Throne of Glass (the first book)
3. A Court of Thorns and Roses
4. Crown of Midnight
5. House of Earth and Blood
Also, just thought I’d post this too (note where it says Reception)
In the past, this wiki has never had a specific AI policy, but that was before AI art became so popular and before we knew how AI steals other artists’ work to “make” its own. I’m in the middle of drafting a new policy, but I wanted to get your thoughts: do you think AI Art is ok as long as it adheres to character descriptions, or should we remove AI Art from the wiki?
I’ll post a poll later, but it’s imperative that you participate in this discussion because this will be a huge change for our wiki.
What are your thoughts on the fantastic Celaena (aka Aelin)?
Probably the coolest protagonist in the series!
Unfortunately it has not yet been released in Spanish 😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭And I also saw a video that said that the ending was not up to par compared to the rest of the book so now I'm also afraid to read it... (that is: I need to read it as soon as possible).
The good news: I pre-sold HoFaS AND Iron Flame (Empyrean 2, has anyone read it?) in Spanish because they are released on the same day, and they arrive on Fridayyyy yayyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy 😁
BUT before reading it: if someone has already read HoFaS completely, I have 3 questions:
1) Does one of the important ones die (Bryce, Hunt, Ruhn, Lidia, Ithan, Tharion) or someone from Acotar?
2) Does ToG appear?
3) The most important thing: DOES IT END WELL or is there a total disaster?
Or on the flip side, what's one thing you can't stand either about a specific series or SJM's writing style?
Are you guys happy about this news or kind of disappointed? I can't help but feel disappointed even tho I have a feeling they wouldn't have done it justice...
I just finished part 1 (where Bryce leaves Prythian) but I’m really enjoying it so far. Idk why but I thought that we’d maybe get some pov chapters from ACoTaR characters but it’s quickly becoming obv that we won’t lol.
Guys someone comment on here I have so many thoughts and questions and thoughts and theories and SO MANY THOUGHTS

I’ve been seeing a lot of questions as to what exactly we can talk here on the ToG discussion forum, so I wanted to clear the air. Basically, you can discuss anything that involves Sarah J. Maas or her books, even drawing connections to other series/franchises. We only ask that for the first 2-3 months after a new book’s release you add spoiler warnings to posts involving any content from the book. If you want to get into a lengthy, spoiler-filled discussion about the book, you can continue in the comments or head over to the OT Thread (though you should add spoiler warnings there too). I’ve linked both our spoiler policy and current OT Thread, but please don’t hesitate to ask questions here or on my wall!
Are we permitted to discuss this series here? If so, I just want to say that I’m reading the first book and (aside from one character that I want to strangle) I am loving it.
Ive read over 500 pages in one day (I’ve actually never read this much within a day and that’s a record for me)!
AHHH HOUSE OF FLAME AND SHADOWS IS OUT TODAY!!!! (3rd book in the crescent city series) IM SO HAPPY!!!
Guys... I'm starting to think no one's noticed... COME ON
*CRESCENT CITY SPOILER*
Lebahah is like a mix of Aelin and Nesta... HEAR ME OUT
When she stayed behind to buy Bryce time to flee, she kept repeating two sentences that are SUSPICIOUSLY the exact same as Nesta Archeron and Aelin Galathynius. (no im not gonna type her 5 surnames sorry) ...
"I am a descendant of Ranthia Drahl, Queen of Embers. She is with me now and I am not afraid."
I mean HELLO, we've heard this SOMEWHERE before, haven't we?
- She keeps repeating those words like Aelin did in Endovier and did whenever she had to keep herself from falling apart by fear or other.
- Let's not forget the little mention of QUEEN OF EMBERS and the fact that she is a FIRE SPRITE.
"My friends are behind me and I will protect them."
Hello again, doesn't this ring a bell?
- Nesta says those words as she holds the line against her enemies at Ramiel, (literally what Lebahah is doing) to buy Emerie and Gwyn time to reach the top of the mountain (EXACTLY what Lebahah is doing!!!)
The two iconic sentences of Aelin and Nesta MERGE TOGETHER as Lebahah repeats them, again and again to wipe away any trace of fear (like Aelin and Nesta did), to sacrifice herself to ensure her friends live on.
There. No more excuses, can someone PLEASE talk about this because hell I'm starting to think I'm making conspiracy theories out of nothing.
But this is Sarah J. Maas, guys.
Coincidences don't exist.
